Dr. Lars Hemsath

Dr. Lars Hemsath was born in 1976 and studied biochemistry at the Ruhr-University of Bochum including additional focuses on organic and physical chemistry. He obtained his PhD in the field of protein biochemistry at the Max-Planck Institute of Molecular Physiology in Dortmund. Upon completion of his PhD thesis, Lars Hemsath chose to become a patent attorney trainee at a renowned Munich patent law firm specializing in pharmacy and biotechnology. He has been active in the field of intellectual property since 2005 and has worked in our Düsseldorf Office since the beginning of 2009.
