Dr. Jan Müller
Patent attorney
Dr. Jan Mueller was born 1975 and studied biology at the University of Marburg with a focus on molecular parasitology and virology. After his PhD thesis in human biology on the characterisation of peptide ligands to the matrix of solid tumours at the Faculty of medicine, Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich he worked at the Faculty of medicine, University of Essen about the identification of ligands to neuroblastoma tumours.
Jan Mueller was trained in our office during 2013 to 2016. He worked on patent infringement, entitlement, trademark matters as well as opposition and nullity proceedings. Furthermore he took part in an internship at the Patent Litigation Chamber, Regional court Duesseldorf. After successfully passing the patent attorney exams, Jan Mueller returned to our office in 2017 as a patent attorney.
